Once Upon A Time was released in December 2008. The track was written and recorded with Phil Ireland and Alan Burke. The track was recorded at Ireland's studio in Warrington and then given the Brooklyn Foundation treatment back in Manchester. 

 

The Brooklyn Foundation also produced a new dance mix of 'True Blue' especially for the release.The single was accompanied by a Mixes EP released on the same day. The EP featured mixes of the title track by Octo5, Tedd-Z and Project K. It also features a specially created extended version by the original producers the Brooklyn Foundation.
