2 Minus 1 was released in August 2009 through the Ditto Music label. The track was written and recorded with producer Nick Rumbelow and features mixes from the winners of an online remix contest. 

 

On the day of release Heaton performed the track live on the Manchester Pride main stage to a crowd of over 5000 people. A remixed version of the track also appears on the Peter Tanico album 'Getting To Know"
